Ordered from trophykits.com for our local team, the turnaround was good overall, but I’m still annoyed it didn’t show up quite when I was hoping.
They did get it to me within the timeframe they gave, technically, but it felt like they dragged it right to the edge, which is frustrating when you’re trying to plan for a team event. At least they didn’t leave me totally guessing, so I’ll give them that.

I’d probably use them again, but only if I had extra time to spare, because I wouldn’t want to be stuck stressing over their timing again. 4 stars from me...

Overall, I was happy with the packaging. Everything arrived in one piece, and the trophies seemed to be wrapped really well. The box did have a tiny dent on it, but thankfully nothing inside was damaged. Maybe a little extra tape would make it feel a bit more secure, but it was still a good experience.

I figured the name would come out perfectly centered since that’s usually how these things are done, and for the most part it looked right. One letter just seemed a little off center, so it was okay, but not quite as clean as I expected
